How to
Book
Firstly, read our
terms and conditions below. If these are acceptable then e-mail
us (address at bottom of page) indicating departure dates and
number of places required. We will then mail you back to confirm
places are available. Then simply click on our booking form link
below, print, fill out and post to us with payment. We will
confirm receipt of your booking by e-mail.

CONDITIONS
OF SKIPPERED CHARTER
1. Bookings should be made on the appropriate form and must be
accompanied by a cheque, for the full amount. The minimum deposit
needed to effect a booking is 25% of the full fee,with the
balance payable four weeks before the start of the charter.
2. Cancellations: If you have to cancel your booking we will do
our best to re-let it. If we are successful,then all monies paid
will be returned except for approximately 10% of the total
fee,which will be retained to cover administrative expenses. In
cases where a booking cannot be re-let,you will be liable for the
full charter rate.
3. Non-availability: Should the yacht not be available at the due
time,all monies paid will be returned in full to the
charterer,without any further responsibility whatsoever to the
Company or the Skipper of the yacht.
4. Late Return: Although every effort will be made to return
charters to the port of embarkation on time,neither the Skipper
of the yacht nor the Company is under any liability in respect of
extra travel expenses incurred as a result of non-return.
However, the Company will make efforts to reduce to a minimum any
inconvenience caused.
5. Insurance: All yachts are fully insured. However,neither the
Company nor the Skipper is under any liability for loss or injury
to charterers. To insure against loss of charter fees through
illness or accident etc you are advised to complete and return
(direct to the Insurers,please) the holiday cancellation policy
which is sent on receipt of a deposit.
6. Age Limits: Except on special cruises, or when a whole boat is
booked by a family or group,the minimum age limit for accompanied
and unaccompanied children is 15.
7. Skipper: The Skipper is in command of the yacht and his
decisions must be considered final.
